Lamst Zafran — a touch of saffron — began with one belief: that catered food should taste as if it came from a family kitchen. Today we cook for offices, gatherings, and celebrations across Sharjah and the wider UAE.
Every recipe is rooted in Middle Eastern tradition. We slow-cook, hand-prepare, and serve fresh — never frozen, never reheated from yesterday.
Our kitchen is HACCP-certified and we work only with trusted local suppliers, so what reaches your guests is exactly what we'd serve our own family.
